BIOGRAPHY
Octave Linet painted landscapes and interior. His father was a painter and a professor at L’École des Beaux-arts. Octave’s artistic education began at an early age. He exhibited in Paris in 1888 at the Salon de la Société Nationale des Beaux-Arts. Linet participated in the Salon d’Automne and became a member of the Society in 1903. His works are included in the collections of museums in France.
