BIOGRAPHY
Constantin Westchiloff was born in Russia in 1877.  He studied at the Imperial Academy of Arts in St. Petersburg.  He traveled throughout Europe and the United States as an artist and emigrated to the US in 1935.   He painted a variety of subjects but was most well known for his seascapes, landscapes and harbor scenes in the impressionist style.
